We are regular visitors to the area, visiting family, and this location was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was in the property, and the proximity to the beach was a real bonus.
The TV is not a smart TV so if you want evening entertainment take your chromcast with you.

Even though it was a little way out of Busselton it made it easier to get to all the major attractions.
Nice area and local shops and takeaways down the road were handy.

A comfortable and clean property in a good location
Only issue was the lack of crockery and cutlery. Eg 4 spoons in a property that can accommodate 8 guests.
I raised the issue of shortages of crockery and cutlery during our stay but did not receive a response which was a bit disappointing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great for families. Loved being close to the river for kayaking, fishing and SUPing. Several nice eateries near by.

The photos on the site just do not do this little gem of a place any justice at all. Wow what stunning accommodation and spotless. It was so clean, linen was fresh and clean, the place was so clean. Location was outstanding, view incredible and my son loved canoeing around the Marina. Fishing right on your back door step. My only complaint was that we didnt stay longer!

Despite some negative reviews the accommodation was very clean and the beds very comfortable. For us it was just somewhere to sleep while exploring region. The outdoor area is not good for BBQ or relaxing.
