The villa features a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed with relaxed family living in mind. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the generous dining area provides plenty of space to gather together.

The bright and comfortable living area features plush seating and a Smart TV, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the region.

Large windows throughout the villa allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, while reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the main living area and split-system air-conditioning in each bedroom ensure year-round comfort.

Comfortable Bedrooms

Endless Summer offers three beautifully presented bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to seven guests.

The luxurious ground-floor master bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, floor-to-ceiling windows and private ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors open directly onto the balcony, creating a peaceful space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and sliding door access to the balcony, offering a calm and comfortable retreat with lovely pool views and a coastal breeze.

Bedroom 3 is located upstairs and is ideal for children or additional guests, featuring three single beds and a spacious play area. Accessed via a charming spiral staircase, it provides a cosy space for younger guests to relax and enjoy.

Outdoor Living

Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy the peaceful resort surroundings. With outdoor seating and views across the pool and gardens, it's the perfect spot for a morning coffee, an afternoon drink or a relaxed evening together.

Additional note:

• $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. If Security has been paid by pre-authorisation, the transaction will not appear in your bank statement as it is a hold only.
• ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
• Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
• Please be advised that the Cape View outdoor pool will be closed to guests from Monday, 28 April 2026, until late September 2026.
• Pets are strictly prohibited at the property due to strata bylaws. No exceptions are permitted.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
