Geographe Holiday Homes is a locally owned and operated holiday home management and our owners have been managing holiday properties in the Geographe Bay area from Bunbury, Port Geographe, Busselton to Dunsborough since 2013. Our background in real estate management comes from over 22 years managing long term rentals, gives implicit understanding in the needs and expectations of our clients specific needs to the short term management concept. Our short term management business provides our clients with a professional service for owners, guests and staff. We operate from an central Busselton office located on Bussell highway with provisions and parking for client, guest and staff meetings, along with depot services, all on the one specialized on-site operation. Our business also provide 24/7 phone hours for guests, clients and owners to contact us at any time of the day, every day of the week.
Tegan Wilde, Owner/Director of Geographe Holiday Homes, demonstrates considerable proactive involvement in the Short-Term Rental (STR) sector. She serves on the board of ASTRA (Australian Short Term Rental Association) and holds the position of WA Director within ASTRA. Tegan actively advocates for the industry, engaging in discussions with governments, government departments, and local councils to represent owners and promote industry interests. Furthermore, she actively participates in networking and educational initiatives in Australia, notably through ASTRA conferences.
