Bailey’s at Geographe Bay – Coastal Escape with Ocean Views
Welcome to Bailey’s at Geographe Bay, a newly renovated, two-storey rear townhouse on Geographe Bay Road in Busselton’s Geographe neighbourhood. With ocean views, comfortable living spaces and room for up to eight guests, it’s a welcoming retreat for a family beach holiday or a getaway with friends.
Four bedrooms feature three queen beds and two king single beds, with ceiling fans throughout. Living areas on both levels, a balcony overlooking the ocean and a fully enclosed backyard offer plenty of space to spread out and unwind.
Living & Dining
Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area creates an inviting space for shared meals and family time. Relax on the comfortable lounge with a wall-mounted Smart TV, or gather around the six-seater dining table. The kitchen island provides additional seating with three breakfast-bar stools.
Upstairs, a second lounge enjoys ocean views and offers a peaceful space for reading, conversation or relaxing after a day exploring. Please note there is no TV in the upstairs living area.
Reverse-cycle air conditioning provides heating and cooling in both living areas and the master bedroom.
Kitchen
The new high-end kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, microwave and integrated fridge/freezer. A Nespresso De’Longhi pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster are provided, along with cookware, crockery and essential cooking utensils.
An extra fridge and freezer in the sunroom provides handy additional storage for your stay.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Configuration
Bedroom 1 – Downstairs: Queen bed, ceiling fan and storage, located off the main open-plan living area.
Bedroom 2 – Upstairs Master: Queen bed, ceiling fan, private ensuite, reverse-cycle air conditioning, ocean views and direct balcony access.
Bedroom 3 – Upstairs: Queen bed, ceiling fan and ocean views.
Bedroom 4 – Upstairs: Two king single beds, ceiling fan, games and toys.
The home accommodates up to eight guests. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 do not have dedicated air conditioning or heating.
The master bedroom opens onto the balcony, where a day bed offers a lovely spot to settle in and enjoy the coastal outlook.
Bathrooms & Laundry
The upstairs master bedroom has a private ensuite with shower and toilet. The upstairs family bathroom includes a combined bath and shower, with a separate toilet nearby. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
A cleverly concealed wall in the downstairs living area hides the laundry and a third toilet. The laundry includes a washing machine and sink, with an iron also provided. The dryer and ironing board are located in the separate sunroom.
Outdoor Living
Enjoy relaxed meals around the outdoor dining setting for eight, with a gas BBQ for easy holiday cooking. The fully enclosed backyard features lawn and gardens, plus an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
A rear gate connects the carport and enclosed backyard, providing easy access to the outdoor shower when returning from the beach—perfect for rinsing off before heading inside.
The separate sunroom offers seating, a small table, an extra fridge and freezer, and the dryer.

Location & Getting Around
Located in Geographe, Bailey’s at Geographe Bay provides a coastal base for enjoying Busselton and the surrounding South West. Explore the Geographe Bay coastline, coastal walking and cycling paths, Busselton Foreshore, Busselton Jetty and Port Geographe Marina.
Busselton’s cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday essentials are accessible from the property, while a vehicle is recommended for exploring Dunsborough, Margaret River and the wider South West region.
Parking includes an undercover carport and one additional parking space, accommodating a maximum of two vehicles. Tesla EV charging is available in the carport.

Identification for the primary guest is required before check-in.
An exterior CCTV camera is located at the front door and monitors the driveway.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required before your stay, excluding Airbnb bookings. It will be refunded within seven days after checkout, provided the property inspection finds no damage, excessive cleaning or policy violations. If the deposit is secured by pre-authorisation, it is a temporary hold rather than a completed charge and may appear as a pending transaction.
Busselton is close to natural wetlands, so mosquitoes and midges may be noticeable from October to January, particularly at dawn and dusk. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
What We Provide
The property is fully self-contained, with linen, amenities and kitchen essentials to help you settle in. Starter supplies include toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk and some cleaning products for the first couple of days.
A selection of basic kitchen supplies is also provided—please contact us for the full list. If you need additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
