Welcome to By the Beach @ Cape View Resort, a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa located within the family-friendly Cape View Resort in Busselton. Sleeping up to four guests, this self-contained retreat offers an ideal base for families, couples or small groups looking to enjoy the beautiful South West.
A Comfortable Space to Unwind
The villa features a bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, creating a comfortable space to relax together throughout your stay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee.
After a day exploring the coast, settle into the living area and enjoy the Smart TV, or make use of the second Smart TV located in the master bedroom. A selection of DVDs, books and board games is also available for relaxed evenings indoors.
Reverse-cycle air-conditioning provides year-round comfort, while the full laundry with washing machine and dryer makes longer stays convenient.
Comfortable Bedrooms
The villa offers two well-appointed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.
The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, which can be converted into one king bed upon request.
With two bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a spa bath, the villa is well suited to families or two couples travelling together.
A portacot and high chair are also available at an additional cost for families travelling with little ones.

Step outside into the private enclosed outdoor area, where you can enjoy a relaxed morning coffee, an alfresco meal or an evening drink.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. If Security has been paid by pre-authorisation, the transaction will not appear in your bank statement as it is a hold only.
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
- Please be advised that the Cape View outdoor pool will be closed to guests from Monday, 28 April 2026, until late September 2026.
- Pets are strictly prohibited at the property due to strata bylaws. No exceptions are permitted.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
